How do I get the Facetime app on an iPhone 4s?

I got the iPhone 4s today, and I already synced all my music, contacts, and apps from my last iPhone. There’s only one problem, there is no Facetime app on my iPhone. I already enabled Facetime under my settings and everything is already set up for it, but I just want the app on my iPhone 4s. Help?
