How can I convince my dad to get me an iPhone 4S?

My mom will agree if my dad says I can get the iPhone 4S. I have good grades in school (better than my brother’s grades and all either A’s or B+’s {2 B+s})
My dad is a cop and kinda strict. I think my parents are mostly saying that the internet on the iPhone is a problem, and the extra fee every month. Any ideas I can use to convince my dad?
